Q: Why should I use A Paw Print In Heaven L.L.C pet cremation service?
A: Dignity, love, and the respectful handling of your beloved pet is our top priority.
Q: How long will it take to get the ashes of my beloved pet back?
A: With the majority of facility's being in another state it can take up to 3 weeks for the ashes to
be returned. At APPIH we understand that you want your pets ashes returned to you as
promptly as possible, the ashes are usually returned within 1 business day, and returned same
day if you select a private viewing.
Q: After my pet passes away when will you pick it up?
A: Because of most pet crematories being out of state they only pick up once a week, meaning
there is multiple pets being transported at a time this leaves room for a greater chance of
human err. At APPIH we pick up promptly after the initial call, all of APPIH's staff follows a strict
tagging system the grantees the proper pet is being picked up.
Q: What requirements if any do you follow?
A: APPIH follows all MDE requirements along with continuous education for bereavement,
memorization, and IEE technical training.
Q: Can I make prearrangements?
A: Yes, you can certainly fill out all paper work ahead of time and pick the service you would
like done for your pet. No payment will be accepted until your pet has passed away.
Q: Dose APPIH work on commission?
A: Absolutely NOT! Unlike most vets who receive a part of every cremation that they
recommend to there pet crematory, all of our representatives receive the same pay regardless
of what service you choose to have. This insures that you are receiving the proper time and
care that you deserve.
Q: Are your representatives certified?
A: Yes! All the staff at APPIH's are Certified with IEE cremation service with a minimum of 1000
cases a year cremated.
Q: Will you remain with my pet throughout?
A: APPIH understand that you want to insure your pet is cared for in a proper manner, Most
cremation services are third party and have no relationship with the crematory, meaning that
after they pick your beloved pet up they drop it off at the cremation facility and pick it up at a
later time. APPIH will remain with your pet throughout the entire process for the time they pick
your pet up until the cremation is complete.
